Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of ShipMore’s website, open‑source template, and hosted services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for your account, credentials, and all activity under it. Keep credentials secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Payments are processed by Stripe; you authorize recurring charges for subscriptions.
  • Fees, taxes, trials, upgrades/downgrades, and plan changes are described at checkout or in‑app.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the current period.
  • Refunds are handled per our refund policy and applicable law.

4. Third‑Party Services

Using OAuth providers (e.g., Google, GitHub) and Stripe is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third‑party services.

5. License and Intellectual Property

  • Open‑source template: provided under the MIT License (see LICENSE). You must comply with that license when using the code.
  • Hosted Services, documentation, and branding: owned by ShipMore and licensed to you for lawful use of the Services.

6. Acceptable Use

You will not: (a) violate laws, (b) infringe IP or privacy, (c) upload malware, (d) attempt to bypass security or access without authorization, (e) abuse, harass, or spam, (f) interfere with or overload the Services, (g) misrepresent your identity, or (h) use automated scraping/bots without permission.

7. User Content and Feedback

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive license to host, process, and display it as needed to provide the Services. Feedback may be used to improve the Services without obligation.

8. Beta Features

We may offer experimental features that are provided “as is,” may change, and may be discontinued.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risks to the platform. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by nature should survive will survive termination.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShipMore will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data.

12. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold ShipMore harmless from claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms with notice (e.g., in‑app or email). Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of our principal place of business, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules.
